Founded in Los Angeles with two things in mind. Build something worth building. Avoid working with a**holes as much as possible.

Named after our grandmother, Margarita. She was strong, independent, and refused to blend in. That set the bar.

Margot, as she became known after a few years in Paris, carried the elegance of the French diminutive of Marguerite. We spell her name in all caps for the same reason she lived hers in capital letters.

Pronounced mär'gō. Omit the T.

Our values aren't a list on a wall. They show up in which clients we take, which ones we don't, and how we show up when things get complicated.

Integrity means we tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to. Cultural pride means we never treat our market as a translation exercise. Honesty means we'd rather lose a pitch than overpromise.

We built this around people and projects we actually believe in. That hasn't changed. It's the thing we protect most.
